• Familiarity with and understanding of the common sales practices.
• Previous experience as a sales professional will be an advantage.
• Assisting with sales of jewellery (extensive knowledge of jewellery not required, but is encouraged)
• Organizing and problem solving skills.
• Must possess basic mathematical skills.
• Must display interpersonal customer service and communication skills.
• Provide upbeat, professional service towards customers.
• Assist to handle customer queries via phone, or in person and resolve in a timely manner.
• Daily upkeep of store presentation and cleanliness.
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Must be a quick learner.

• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience considered an asset.
