Chef Boss Culinary is a fast paced lunch restaurant in the industrial area of town. We are looking to add 1-2 Line/Prep Cooks to the team.Line Cook/Dishwasher Responsibilities:
- building sandwiches according to recipes
- Building salads according to recipes
- Dishing out soups
- Set up Line or Close Line for Service
- Stocking Line during Service
- End of day clean up duties to ensure Service Kitchen is ready for the next day.
Line Cook/Dishwasher Requirements:
- ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
- able to perform tasks quickly and efficiently while unsupervised
- strong organizational & time management skills
- desire to grow with and within the company
- able to stay on feet for the length of a 4 hour shift
- restaurant experience is preferred
WAGES
- $16/hour to start - negotiable dependant on experience
- plus tips (averages out to be 2-3$/hour extra)
- plus ONE 1/2 price sandwich per shift.
SCHEDULE
- Monday
- Friday
- 46 hour daytime shifts
- 45 shifts per week
