In your day to day you will have to:

Prepare daily shipments with the various transport companies
Prepare invoices and delivery notes for orders to be shipped
Prepare and schedule export shipments
Prepare documents for exports and imports
Prepare documents for imports and returns
Plan shipments according to delivery dates and customer requirements
Coordinate shipments with carriers and customers
Send invoices and copies of packing slips to customers
Perform various customs compliance analyses
Identify HS codes for products to update database
Perform any other related tasks requested by the department manager

Our next colleague has what it takes:

A few years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company
Ability to communicate with a predominant Englishspeaking clientele
Able to work with minimum supervision and strong organisational skills
Detail oriented
Team player and collaboration
Be able to communicate effectively and in a structured manner with customers & carriers
Problem solving skills and time management
