- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment through play based activities.
- Assist with daily routines including meals, nap times, and hygiene practices.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote early childhood learning.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff regarding children's progress and needs.
- Provide support for children with diverse needs, ensuring inclusivity in all activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Previous experience working in a classroom setting or childcare environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with early childhood education.
- Strong skills to facilitate learning through play.

- Knowledge of Flight: Alberta's Early Learning and Childcare Framework is a plus
