The Mission:

Your responsibilities will include:

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends, as well as nonfunctional requirements such as scalability, reliability, and security
Define product requirements and specifications based on customer feedback, nonfunctional requirements, and business goals
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other crossfunctional teams to prioritize and develop product features that meet technical requirements, including developer and administrator tooling
Develop and maintain a product roadmap and backlog that balances new features against technical requirements and debt
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers
Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute product launch plans and gotomarket strategies
Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products

What you bring to the team:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or a related development or development leadership role
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, and ideally experience as a developer, architect or development leader
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience delivering products to both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive results
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Experience with nonfunctional requirements such as scalability, reliability, and security, as well as an understanding of developer and administrator tooling needs

Nice to haves:

- supply chain / logistic experience
- app development platform experience
