We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our Client Services team as a Client Services Representative with a focus on immigration services. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals with experience in sales and a passion for assisting clients through Immigration processes.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking Immigration assistance.
Guide clients through various immigration procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in our CRM system.
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales or customer service roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Knowledge of immigration procedures and regulations is a plus.
Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
Availability to work 20 hours per week on a part-time basis.
