The Manager - Operations & Client Relations will be responsible for overseeing the security services of a portfolio of high-rise residential buildings in the GTA.

As a member of the Management Team, the Area Manager shall participate in the development and execution of Elite Residential Concierge Services strategic goal.

Primary Purpose

This position serves the following critical roles within the Company.

  • Growing new business opportunities across the GTA
Key Responsibilities

  • Adherence to corporate policies and procedures for assigned region / buildings, ensuring a high level of quality and effectiveness in delivering services.
  • Act as the key interface for services for assigned buildings, ensuring that client needs are met through the delivery of a valueadded services.
  • Work with direct reports to develop objectives and operating plans.
  • Train and coach staff of company procedures and policies: site specific, corporate, and legislative, ensuring all training documentation is reviewed and uploaded. Reward and recognize staff for outstanding performance.
  • Identifies and analyzes information to give early warnings of potential problems
  • Build a strong partnership with Property Management, Developers and The Condo Board(s) in exceeding client expectations for contracted services
  • Oversees the effective scheduling of team, supporting hiring processes, timesheets, expense reimbursement and training
  • Manages new hire instruction on policies and procedures, and completion of all appropriate forms and maintaining good communication

Requirements:


  • University Degree / College Diploma preferred business administration
  • Required 5 years' experience in the security industry
  • Required 2 years' experience at a Management level
  • Excellent management, negotiating and organizational skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve results;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Willing and able to exercise the authority entrusted in order to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities
  • Comfortable and competent in representing the organization

Work Conditions

  • Travel required with your vehicle within the GTA
  • Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
