Job summary
This is Hybrid position (3 days per week in office) reporting to the HR director. As we continue to grow across multiple stores and functions we are adding capacity to deliver faster more consistent HR support - and to build people processes that actually work in a retail-first constantly evolving environment.This role is for someone who enjoys a bit of organized chaos Retail moves fast Priorities shift People issues don’t wait You’ll balance empathy and standards help leaders navigate real situations and improve day-to-day HR operations so teams can do their best work.
