    Tutorial Schedule: In-Person; Tuesday and Thursday 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

    Estimated Enrollment: 60

    Estimated TA Support: 70 hours

    Qualifications:

  • Have passed Ph.D. qualifying year exam
  • Prior experience as a tutorial leader, or course instructor, preferably in Philosophy at U of T
  • Mastery of the subject matter of the course
  • Past teaching experience is more relevant than the need to acquire experience in respect of this position
  • Duties and responsibilities: All normal duties related to the design and teaching of a university credit course, including preparation and delivery of course content; development, administration and marking of assignments; calculation and submission of grades; holding regular office hours.

    Appointment Dates: May 1 - June 30, 2024

    Sessional Dates (including exam periods): May 6, 2024 – June 21, 2024

    Note: all positions involve completion of any course grading not already finished by June 30, 2023
