ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Welcome potential customers and ascertain the purpose of their visit.
  • Guide customers to the appropriate department or staff, inform the relevant Product/Service Advisor of customer presence, or introduce customers to an advisor.
  • Address basic customer queries and escalate more complex inquiries to the relevant individual.
  • Manage and monitor loaner vehicles and their status, and aid in relocating loaner and guest vehicles to designated areas.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the customer lounge area, including restocking the coffee corner.
  • Adhere to company safety regulations and protocols, and promptly report any incidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
  • This role may entail additional assignments as directed by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Strong customer service skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with both internal and external customers, ensuring all visitors receive assistance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication competencies (verbal and written).

  • Must thrive in a dynamic, sociable setting without losing focus.
  • Readiness to work outdoors. Possess a valid British Columbia Driver's License Class 5 with a clean driving record.
