would like to work with skilled professionals, Armour is presently seeking a
Hotel Controller to support
our two hospitality properties.

Reporting to the Vice-President, Financial Accounting and Treasury, the Hotel Controller will work closely
with the Hotel Management teams at both the Delta Hotel by Marriott Dartmouth and Muir Hotel in
Halifax.

The Hotel Controller is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of our hospitality properties,
including budgeting, accounting, inventory management, balance sheet and intercompany
Accounts Receivable collection targets are met and payables are settled in accordance with due dates and
to maximize profitability by facilitating the achievement of hotel budget objectives and streamlining costs.

- secondary degree or technical diploma is required. Experience with Opera, Sage 300, OnTrack, Silverware,
and Marriott Hotels and platforms are an asset.
