Position Overview:


We strongly believe in the power of AI and ML immensely increasing productivity of our users as well as adding material advancements to the richness of our products.

To accelerate this objective, we are seeking a Group Product Manager that has experience in scalable and extensible frameworks to support AI capabilities within a SaaS environment.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of Okta's product suite by providing the foundation for various product teams to seamlessly incorporate AI functionalities into their solutions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to define and deliver innovative AI frameworks and services.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design and development of robust and scalable AI based services and associated integrations that can be leveraged by different product teams within Okta.
  • Championing the AI interaction UX, codeveloping components and patterns that can be repeated by different product teams within Okta for AI powered use cases.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI capabilities into existing and new products, delivering delightful user experiences.
  • Define and implement a services architecture that facilitates the creation, deployment, and management of AI models across the Okta Customer Identity Cloud platform.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to establish best practices for utilizing AI services and frameworks.
  • Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers and designers to understand AI use cases and requirements across different product teams.
  • Facilitate collaboration to ensure alignment with Okta's overall product strategy.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in AI to drive innovation within Auth0's product offerings.

What You Bring:

  • Strong technical background, with a sound understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data science.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and not shy to get your hands dirty to find nuggets of user insights yourself learning and using various resources available to our Product leaders.
  • Be a champion for data-informed decisions. Know how you're measuring success before starting any project. Obsess over KPIs and know when to commit more or less.
  • Experience building product in a B2B SaaS setting, specifically catering to large Enterprise customers.
  • Ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced agile product development environment.
  • Be comfortable in dealing with and driving clarity out of ambiguity. We would love to hear examples of how you have done this effectively in your professional career.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience building Product platforms offering or leveraging AI technologies. Generative AI experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Experience building identity and access management, SaaS, and security technologies is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field or equivalent practical experience. A Master's (or equivalent) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
