Job Description:


  • Responsibilities
  • Prepare quarterly management reports on fee revenues, expense reforecast, and other key drivers
  • Analyze corporate expenses and reforecast including review of regional offices
  • Perform month end procedures such as bank reconciliations and intracompany reconciliations
  • Collaborate effectively with Fund operations, tax, legal, and treasury to execute fund flows
  • Review organization chart for entity creations and coordinate new bank account openings
  • Prepare and post journal entries for manager/corporation entities
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements for annual tax reporting/filing
  • Support and mentor intern staff to aid in their development
  • Extensive use of advanced Excel formulas to automate recurring analysis/working papers
  • Undertake and lead various ad hoc analysis as required on a regular basis
  • Qualifications and Requirements
  • 12 years of experience in accounting and finance
  • Working towards professional accounting designation
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborates effective with others
  • Highly organized and has ability to fulfill responsibilities in a fastpaced environment
  • Selfmotivated and enjoys problemsolving in an unstructured environment
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficient working with large data sets using exceptional analytic skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be an asset
