About The Opportunity:

Level One Construction Ltd, requires a Construction Manager to join our team Reporting to the Operations Manager or the President.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for organizing and controlling various project activities. Over seeing the site managers and working in the office organizing construction material orders, follow up with suppliers. We are a mid sized construction and renovation company, with projects on-going throughout the GVRD. All ethnicities, races and genders welcome.


As a Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for:


  • Supporting the project team regarding working closely with the site manager, estimating projects, Project Managing scheduling, planning ordering, liaison with suppliers and client.
  • Preparing subtrades and purchase order for issuance.
  • Preparing and managing the change order process.
  • Compiling weekly and monthly progress reports for projects in charge.
  • Maintaining project documentation.
  • Help preparing documentation.
  • Interacting with design professionals, consultants, vendors, trades, and clients as required reporting to the Operations Manager and the President.
  • Supporting various projectrelated activities, i.e., shipping/receiving/pricing/shopping for project materials.

About You:


  • Postsecondary education
  • Experience working in construction and renovations is the biggest asset
  • Skilled working ability in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience reading and understand construction drawings and specifications.
  • Competent in written and verbal communication

Work Environment:


  • Working primarily at the construction sites and office, ensuring the quality of the work, supporting the project team, as well as being part of strategic meetings with client representatives, trades, and vendors.
