The Opportunity*The Role
You will act as the Project Manager for a group of cross-functional product development teams and collaborate with Program Management to ensure that releases are delivered on time and that clients are kept informed of upcoming changes


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute in developing a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope and within budget
  • Maintaining and monitoring project and release schedules
  • Identifying project risks and issues and collaborating on mitigating them
  • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Coordinating and reporting progress on projectrelated activities with program management and other project stakeholders
  • Organizing, leading and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
  • Maintain the release management calendar
Your Formal Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
  • 34 years of experience in Project Management within the software development life cycle
  • Verified proficiency in key features of the Google Workspace Jira and excel platform including Drive, Gmail, Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Can work independently and resolve problem quickly without a direct supervision
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Teammanagement and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Extras You Might Offer As Tiebreakers

  • CAPM Certification or similar
  • Familiar with Financial Industry, Wealth Management, Investments, FinTech or other financial related fields
  • Experience trading stocks or making personal investment decisions
  • Experience working for a Wealth Management, FinTech or Enterprise software vendor

The Work Environment

  • Our location is downtown Toronto in a small office environment
  • Work may be inoffice, remote or hybrid, collaborating with other team members inpersonal and digitally during regular business hours
