Brown & Associates is looking to hire an Employee Group Benefits Administrator to join our team based out of our office in Midtown Toronto.

We offer a 4-day work week, a comprehensive benefits package and access to company profit sharing. We are looking for an individual who is seeking an opportunity for long term employment and growth.

The individual would work alongside our Senior Employee Benefits Consultant who has decades of experience. This position requires very careful adherence to well-defined work. The work is highly precise in nature and requires strong attention to detail. The individual performing the job must be patient and conscientious with a focus on presentation and accuracy. There is little ambiguity in this job. The company's management provides clear expectations of the work that has to be done, and the expected results.

Much of the work can be accomplished by working at a steady, even pace.

There is much consistency with the reporting process from one day to the next and it is generally feasible to plan large blocks of work ahead of time.

The work is best accomplished by working as an individual and is an integral part of the team. Interacting with clients requires a professional manner with a focus on customer service and problem resolution.

This position requires strong follow-up to ensure that work quality and attention to detail remain very high, leadership style required involves being an expert in the field and using that knowledge to be a resource for others' learning and development


Salary:
$47,180.03-$75,000.00 per year
