Position Summary

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Intern based at our Montreal location for the months of May to August 2024.

This role will be responsible to design, develop and maintain new BI reports and dashboards using the Business Objects WEBi and Power BI tools.

A day in the life of a Business Intelligence Intern

As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will be working on various projects including designing reports and dashboards that fulfil user needs.

What will make you successful?

Currently enrolled in a 2nd, 3rd or 4th year undergraduate program in IT, Business Analytics Degree, or Computer Science Program

Bilinguism is mandatory French & English (spoken & written):

Involvement in extracurricular activities which demonstrate initiative and leadership.
Experience with Digital marketing strategy is an asset.
Database Relationships/Modeling: Primary Keys, Understanding OnetoOne, OnetoMany, and ManytoMany etc.
A results and detailoriented professional with strong analytical skills.
A proactive creative thinker who can generate new ideas/solutions to meet internal and external requirements.
Strong computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Fast learner, and must be comfortable working within a dynamic, challenging environment.
Have strong interpersonal skills with exceptional verbal communication skills.
Desired Power BI dashboard experience;
Experience with a data science programming language (R/Python/SQL etc) is considered an asset
