The Catholic Independent Schools of the Vancouver Archdiocese (the CISVA) operates 46 schools - 40 elementary and 6 high schools.

ABOUT
Responsibilities:
Greeting and directing visitors to the school
Managing student attendance and health records and student files using the MyEDBC system and other filing systems
Coordinating staff benefits with the CISVA Benefit Representative
Supporting teachers and administrators with scheduling and administrative tasks
Working collaboratively with the school bookkeeper for re-registration, tuition, and other tasks as they arise
Assisting with the coordination of school events and activities
Ordering and managing school supplies and materials
Performing other duties as assigned by administration
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, and Google Suite
Familiarity with MyEDBC or similar student information systems is an asset
Knowledge of WorkSafeBC is an asset
Having First Aid certification is an asset
Knowledge of Catholic education and being a practicing Catholic is an asset
