Job Description:

The Outreach and Recruitment Specialist supports the outreach, engagement, and recruitment of youth across Canada for the International Youth Internship Program.

Main Responsibilities:

Implement innovative recruitment and engagement strategies to identify youth from across the country for participation in IYIP.
Design and deliver in-person and virtual information sessions, orientations, and debrief activities including webinars training materials preparation
Contribute to marketing communication strategies materials development including public engagement activities promotion assistance visa applications coordination insurance security vaccinations logistical arrangements etc. ensuring smooth execution eligibility assessment applicant tracking participant management pre departure orientation provision ongoing employment support
