As the Office Coordinator & Marketing Support, you will serve as the face and voice of our organization, expertly managing the reception area while leveraging your exceptional relationship-building skills to deliver outstanding service.

Key Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated 23 years of experience in administrative and marketing support roles, preferably within commercial real estate or a comparable industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe InDesign is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management proficiencies.
  • Experience in handling real estate documentation and managing property listings is advantageous.
  • Capability to contribute to marketing initiatives such as property photography, creation of virtual tours, and more.
  • Bilingualism an asset but not a requirement.

Pay:
$47,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
