Be a leader on the culinary team and create authentic Italian dining in a modern but contemporary atmosphere, with an open concept kitchen and private dining area and create unforgettable culinary memories.

Will report to the Executive Chef.
- communicate regularly and efficiently with the FOH team and with the Executive Chef
- be directly responsible for food quality assurance
