Job summary

We are hiring a Customer Experience & Engagement Coordinator to create exceptional guest experiences and promote our local and regional travel offerings. This role is responsible for delivering an outstanding, welcoming experience for every guest, overseeing daily front desk operations, mentoring practicum students, and supporting in-office and community-based customer activation initiatives.
