The Opportunity


CBRE is seeking a resourceful, proactive, and dynamic person to provide administrative and marketing support in an upbeat team environment.

This role is the backbone of the sales team and is highly valued.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Perform real estate administrative tasks such as coordinating client correspondence, updating databases and files, maintaining MLS listings and documents related to transactions.

Coordinate sales professionals' schedules and record action items during meetings.
Produce eye-catching social media posts and other communication materials while maintaining the CBRE brand.
Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials as well as tour books, maps, and floor plans.
Handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
Coordinate sales events such as open houses and other industry events.
Carry-out special projects as requested.
What we require


A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined experience and education1-2 years of experience providing administrative support, preferrably in a sales or marketing environment.-Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, would be an asset.

Experience is Real Estate would be an asset.
