We are seeking an
Account Coordinator to join our Sales and Account Management team. The Account Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting and growing our business.


What will you do?

  • Provide sales support to our Account Management team
  • Manage incoming sales leads
  • Attend sales meetings and calls; coordinate meetings, including scheduling and notetaking
  • Be responsible for any followups and tasks resulting from sales meetings
  • Act as point of contact and develop a strong relationship with prospective merchants
  • Interact with the Sales and Account Management team, Integration team, and Finance team members on sales efforts
  • Update and maintain sales materials, contact information, and sales activities in our CRM system
  • Clearly understand Paramount Commerce's product offering

You will be/have:


  • 2 years of experience in a sales support role within ecommerce or the online gaming industry
  • A postgraduate degree
  • Welldeveloped planning and analytical skills
  • Detailoriented and organized
  • Strong timemanagement skills and multitasker
  • A positive, energetic cando attitude.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
  • An effective communicator, both spoken and written.
  • Able to work independently and solve problems with mínimal direction.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Resultsdriven and take initiative
  • You continuously evolve and adapt to benefit our consumers and merchants
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
