Sales Development Representative

STAN is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Associate who is passionate about new technology. We are hiring a full-time position to help grow internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Cold outreach, following up new business opportunities and setting up discovery meetings
  • Communicating with prospects to understand their needs and explain service value
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate prospects needs
  • Research and compile relevant prospect lists
  • Keeping accurate records notes within the CRM
  • Planning and creating proposals and sales collateral as needed for individual
  • Meet sales goals with set KPIs for calls, meetings, proposals and closing deals
  • Extensive and accurate product knowledge
  • Other duties as determined by management and/or direct supervisors

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • University/college degree is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Must have strong computer skills and be familiar with common programs (ex: Excel, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Startup experience or experience working in small teams preferred

Salary:
$40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:
