The Role

The Maintenance Assistant performs maintenance duties and repairs to the Residence facilities, including carpentry, heating, electrical, dry walling, painting, plumbing, appliances, windows/screens, move-in/out inspections, and any other tasks as directed by the Residence Coordinator, under the supervision of the Maintenance Worker.

Position will be for 16 weeks, $18/hour, M-F, 830am-430pm
