Commissionaires Southern Alberta is responsible for providing professional security services for Calgary, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, and Suffield.

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities:


1.
Process Analysis and Optimization:


  • Utilize expertise in Power BI, Software Reporting, SAGE Intacct, and Tracktik to analyze existing processes within the organization.
  • Identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains in system workflows.
  • Design and implement solutions to streamline processes and enhance system functionality.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users across various departments.

Report Generation and Analysis:


  • Develop and maintain a suite of reports using Power BI and other reporting tools to provide insights into key business metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Analyze profit and loss statements to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze business operations and provide valuable input to department leads on improvements.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Monitor Tracktik and SAGE INTACCT and generate needed reporting.

3.
Cross-Functional Support:


  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on system enhancements and reporting needs.
  • Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Actively participate in crossfunctional projects aimed at improving business processes and driving organizational growth.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience years) in process analysis, system reporting, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and experience analyzing profit and loss statements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Certification in relevant software systems (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
