CANEIL Asset Integrity Management is a growing Edmonton-based Engineering and Inspection firm currently seeking an Accounting Professional.Job responsibilities for the position includes:
- Reporting directly to the Vice President.
- Working day to day with the President and Vice President.
- Responsible for AP/AR/Payroll.
- Working with and recording information in Quickbooks to generate income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Working with management team to draft and post detailed and accurate job descriptions.
- Creating job offers and employment contracts.
- Creating and updating resumes to submit to clients.
- Recording of accounting data, invoice preparation and follow up on accounts payable and receivable.
- Opportunity to advance quickly based on performance
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor of Commerce.
- Strong background in accounting fundamentals.
- Strong Emotional Intelligence.
- Outgoing and comfortable talking on the phone and developing relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and high quality of work.
- Strong understanding and competency of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks.
- Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication.
- Willingness and attitude towards continual learning and improvement.
- Enjoy multitasking while maintaining efficiency.
