My client is looking for someone with Wealth Technology experience background Only.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:


The job responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the product vision, strategy and overall roadmap of the Wealth portfolio, in alignment with overall business strategy and stakeholder priorities. Break down strategic problems, analyzing information from various sources to make strategic recommendations.
  • Create and maintain a prioritized backlog of requirements; work with development teams to establish release plans to deliver this new functionality
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders and business users
  • Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, users, vendors and technical teams
  • Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team; creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
  • Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • A bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field or an MBA.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis in Wealth management industry, with back office exposure. Fund experience (administration, accounting) is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome confusion and simplify complex situations
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to deliver projects and "get it done"
  • You should be a highly driven and results oriented individual, comfortable in a dynamic, fast paced, and changing environment
  • Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business requirements into data models, data flows, functional and operational requirements.
  • Good understanding of the relational database design and modeling, data queries and reporting.
