Role Overview:
The Data Entry and Design Coordinator is a pivotal operational and client-facing role within NDURA Developments.
This position involves handling detailed data entry and invoicing tasks, alongside active involvement in the design stages of both single-family homes and multi-family building projects.
This role ensures our financial operations run smoothly and contributes significantly to realizing our clients' visions for their living spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Invoices:_
- Perform precise data entry for project costs, client information, and supplier details, ensuring our database remains accurate and uptodate.
- Process invoices by verifying details, tracking payments, and collaborating across teams to ensure timely settlements.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive digital and physical project files, adhering to company protocols and ensuring information is readily accessible.
- Monitor project budgets, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or overspends with relevant stakeholders.
- Construction Terms and
Design Coordination:

- Develop a strong understanding of construction terminology, materials, and processes to effectively communicate with our team, suppliers, and clients, regarding both singlefamily homes and multifamily buildings.
- Assist the design team by contributing to the preparation, revision, and presentation of design documents, incorporating client feedback where necessary.
- Act as a primary contact for clients, facilitating clear communication of design visions and decisions between clients and our design team.
- Engage in client meetings, providing vital administrative support and ensuring decisions are promptly documented and implemented.
- Client Engagement and Mobility:_
- Deliver exceptional client service, responding to inquiries, providing regular updates, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the design and construction process.
- Work closely with sales, design, and construction teams to ensure client preferences and desires are accurately captured and reflected in design proposals.
- Lead design walkthroughs and selection meetings, guiding clients through the process of choosing finishes, fixtures, and fittings that align with their vision for their home or unit.
- Required to travel and meet clients at various locations, providing a personalized and professional level of service.
Requirements:
- Experience in data entry, administration, or related roles, preferably within the construction, real estate, or design sectors, with a focus on both singlefamily homes and multifamily buildings.
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for professional client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management. Prior experience with QuickBooks or similar financial/data entry software is highly preferred.
- Experience with design software and familiarity with the home building and multifamily construction process, including conducting design walkthroughs and managing client selections.
- Knowledgeable in construction terminology with a genuine passion for home design and multifamily development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Must have a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel for client engagements.
