    Summary

    The Sr. Manager, Advertising Platforms Partnerships will play a key role in building Bell Media's overall advertising product and platform strategy with the goal of significantly scaling Bell Media's advertising products, platforms and revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and executing new strategic initiatives, partnerships and business development deal related to growing our ad platforms, notably Bell Media's data and demand side platforms. In addition, this individual will manage ongoing partnerships will the goal of optimizing value. This role will report to the Director, Advertising & Data Platforms will partner with stakeholders across the organization in order to execute our aggressive strategy for growth

    Key Responsibilities

    • Leverage your passion for technology and media to ensure the team and leaders are fully informed of all the latest developments in the ad-tech industry and competitive landscape
    • Locate critical gaps and needs within our advertising platform growth strategy, and create a plan internally and externally both with current and future partners to address
    • Lead new partner outreach and establishment
    • Drive alignment on partnership opportunities both from a strategic, tactical and financial perspective (financial modelling)
    • Partner with stakeholders across Bell and Bell Media in order to execution partnerships, notably with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
    • Manage ongoing partnerships, including joint business plans and quarterly business reviews
    • Creating and delivering presentations regarding our advertising platforms strategy and partnerships

    Critical Qualifications

    • University degree in marketing, business administration with a strong analytical background
    • 5+ years experience leading and/or managing strategic partnerships and/or business development deals
    • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in business economics modelling, negotiation and contracting
    • Strategic, innovative and analytical / data-driven mindset
    • Strong powerpoint and presentation creation skills
    • High energy level, with bias for action and accountability
    • Deliver results in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment that requires the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrates strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Experience in working directly with senior stakeholders and leadership
    • Proactive problem solver, with a passion for learning, and is results oriented

    Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
