Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time
FP&A Analyst
to join CMG Seismic Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will work cross-functionally with multiple departments and have direct exposure to senior leaders of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting, forecasting, annual budget, and long-term financial plans for the senior leadership team;
- Prepare cash flow forecasts for the seismic entities;
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews for the acquired seismic businesses;
- Assist with quarterly and annual management reporting package for the board of directors;
- Assist with analyzing financial results and variances and prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through preparation of monthly financial reports for department leaders;
- Improve and streamline financial models and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy;
- Assist with evaluations of potential acquisition targets for inorganic growth;
- Evaluate performance of the various seismic businesses by implementing dashboards and providing insights to business leaders;
- Evaluate the IRR of acquired seismic businesses;
- Work on special projects as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, or similar role
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends and develop actionable insights;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets, demonstrating accuracy in handling high-volume;
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including in-depth knowledge of advanced formulas;
- Knowledge of accounting principles and able to interpret financial results in accordance with IFRS;
- Prior experience with Netsuite and Salesforce a plus, but not required;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team, taking ownership of deliverables, managing priorities and driving tasks to completion with minimal supervision;
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, demonstrating strong ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders;
- Exceptional time management skills with ability to meet deadlines;
