• Must be able to provide excellent customer service through educating, promoting and consulting with customers to support our brand and customer loyalty.
• Must be detail oriented
• Have excellent communication, motivational and team player skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced retail environment, inclusive of maintaining the store front, back and the walkin cooler.
• Must have good computer skills (FTD and TELEFLORA knowledge being a great asset but not mandatory)
• Must be dependable and able to work weekends and be available at floral peak periods.
• Retail experience is an asset
• Have a passion in the floral industry and is willing to learn
• 1+ years of experience preferred or willing to be trained.
