Description
We are looking for a dependable experienced pharmacy assistant that will process and fill prescriptions.


You will undertake other tasks under the direction of a pharmacist to provide excellent customer service and ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly.

As a pharmacy technician you must be detail-oriented and reliable since the job has high responsibility. You must possess excellent communication skills as well as aptitude in using computers. Responsibilities

  • Entering and filling prescriptions for the Pharmacist to Verify
  • Alerting the pharmacist to actual and potential drug therapy related problems
  • Verifying inventory counts
  • Providing patient care and customer service

Qualifications
Good organizational skills - Excellent communication skills - Strong computer skills - Attention to detail - Able to time manage efficiently - Ability to properly prioritize patients

  • High school diploma
  • Pharmacy Assistant/technician credited course preferred

  • Resolving customer concerns and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Education:Secondary School (required)**
Experience:pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)**
