Job Title
Manager, Collateral Management Services
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Responsibility for producing MI and KRI reports related to collateral fails, disputes and volumes
- Support onboarding functions within Collateral Ops working with Counterparty Credit Risk and settlements team
- Ensure Collateral Operations is compliant with all regulatory requirements across relevant Regimes including NFA, SEC, CASS
- Oversee Margin Dispute resolution and escalations working with margin team and other internal stake holders to proactively manage differences resulting in lower dispute volumes
- Participate in client specific performance and broker review meetings.
- Oversight and accountability for Cash collateral settlements and monthly GL Attestation processes ensuring compliance with Payment SO
- Oversight of monthly interest settlement process for ISDA/CSA
People
- Lead and develop high performing team members, leveraging individual capabilities and strengths.
- Ensure that all direct reports receive at least one midyear and yearend formal performance appraisal each year, as well as continuous performance feedback during the course of the year.
- Accept and successfully execute change while supporting employees through proactive communication, issue resolution and effective decisionmaking
- Ensure that staff are fully aware of their mandates, receive proper training and execute their duties in accordance with Standing Orders and Unit Financial Controls.
Experience/Education Required
- At least 5 years' experience in Operations Functions with CM Derivatives focus experience
- Strong EXCEL skills including macros
- Understanding of RBFG risk policies & Standing Order
- Undergraduate degree
- Strong understand of risks and controls framework as it applies to Collateral management and Operations
- A strong understanding of ISDA CSA and noncleared derivative margin processing
- Experience with AcadiaSoft, TriOptima and COLLINE
Job Summary
Oversee a team of up to 6 people - the Manager, Collateral Utilities will be responsible for oversight across controls and on boarding processes related to ISDA/CSA Margining and exposure management.
