We are currently looking for an experienced individual to lead our team in the Auto Body Shop Department.

The Body Shop Manager manages the Body Shop to ensure that customers' needs are met; vehicles are fixed right the first time; and customers are satisfied, driving the growth and profitability of the business.

The Body Shop Manager oversees all activities of the Body Shop including monitoring department finances, customer service and inventory; as well as merchandizing and dispatching body work.

Requirements:


  • Strong aptitude for technical repairs
  • Strong product knowledge
  • Excellent time management skills and customer service skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an engaging and upbeat attitude
  • Organized with an eye for detail and the ability to document customer needs
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals

Education

  • High school diploma or the equivalent is required
  • Strong product knowledge
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Experience

  • 5 or more years in an automotive body shop environment
  • Minimum 3 years' management experience in a collision center is required.

Special Conditions

  • Full time work, approximately 4045 hours per week
  • Noisy working environment
