We are expanding our reach within the architectural and design communities in Toronto and are looking for a motivated A&D Representative to help us grow our presence and influence.

Overview:
We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as A & D Representatives in Toronto.

As an A & D Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to architects and designers in the Toronto area.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales presentations to architects and designers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in the design industry
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate phone etiquette when interacting with clients over the phone
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales revenue

Skills:

• A minimum of two years experience in an Architectural or Design firm is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to analyze market data and identify trends
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in data entry tasks with high attention to detail
• Phone etiquette skills for professional client interactions
• Ability to upsell products or services effectively
