A leading transportation services provider committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.


Responsibilities:


  • Address inquiries related to transportation services, deliveries, and logistics
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database
  • Assist in optimizing and improving customer service procedures

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle highstress situations with a calm and composed demeanor
  • Familiarity with transportation and logistics industry is a plus
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:
