A leading transportation services provider committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.Responsibilities:
- Address inquiries related to transportation services, deliveries, and logistics
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database
- Assist in optimizing and improving customer service procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle highstress situations with a calm and composed demeanor
- Familiarity with transportation and logistics industry is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
