What will you do?


Reporting to the Manager, Administrative Support Team, the
Receptionist is a full-time permanent position; located at our Horton Road location in Calgary, Alberta.

The priority of this role is to ensure the needs of our customers are being met through superior customer service.

This position will have some accounting and administrative functions that require collaboration with other departments. The
Receptionistassists in operational and administrative duties.


Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent, friendly, superior customer service
  • Manage all incoming phone calls and direct any client inquiries to the appropriate person
  • Control the flow of walk in customers and callers
  • Process basic accounting functions
  • Support the Manager in daily tasks and projects, including ordering supplies
  • Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and couriers

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of reception experience for a professional company
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once with superior attention to detail
  • Skilled to proactively problem solve with quick thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada on a fulltime basis without restrictions
