Territory Manager - Western Canada


We are looking for a proven Territory Manager (TM) to help us increase our sales revenues and strengthen our current customer (Dealer) relationships within our western Canadaterritory.


You must be an excellent communicator who can effectively discern customer needs, and be driven by providing excellent customer support with the highest qualities of service.

Experience selling agriculture equipment to Dealers will be a definite asset.

Ultimately, you will ensure our clients are _
Delighted _and focus on ways to grow our business.


Role Details:


  • Assess current Dealer's selling abilities and develop plans to grow existing revenue
  • Research, recruit & develop new Dealers to promote Jaylor's extensive line of TMR Mixers
  • Participate in industry events & trade shows to cultivate customer relationships
  • Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes vs the competition
  • Assess sales performance and develop targets with Dealers according to KPIs
  • Monitor competition within assigned territory
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Leader

Required Skills:


  • Desire to Delight our customers and develop long term business relationships
  • Diploma, degree or relevant experience in Business or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership ability
  • Effective negotiation and consultative selling skills
  • Agriculture industry sales experience a definite asset
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue in a field sales position
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
  • Problemsolving aptitude
  • Proficient in MS Office and related reporting tools
