As the Account Executive I, your responsibilities will be primarily managing the execution of our national broker retail team and also smaller retail accounts.

We are looking for people that have a passion for building relationships and are results driven and with a sales focus.

This role is on the Juice & Dairy business unit, accountable for exciting brands such as Simply, Minute Maid, Fruitopia, Five Alive, Peace Tea, Gold Peak Tea, Nestea, Honest Kids and fairlife milk.


What you'll do for us

  • Responsible for the execution of our Brand and Commercial strategies in assigned customers and geography.
  • Coordinate with the broker sales agency ensuring sales targets, promotions, and other accountspecific objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with our broker and key customers to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders to help maximize in market execution.
  • Act as a systemwide customer expert to ensure the Coca-Cola system understands customer objectives, strategies, positioning and needs.
  • Lead crossfunctional teams that include Business Intelligence, Brand, Commercial, Field Sales, Finance, Pricing Execution, Digital, Forecast and Deductions. Setting clear objectives and providing ongoing coaching, support, and development to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to establish strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and respond to changes in the industry.
  • Understand finances with a high degree with expertise, maintaining a pulse on the business for gaps and opportunities.
  • Work with Broker Retail Sales Team to ensure compliance of customer commitments.

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • 3+ year of sales experience, preferably in CPG/FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a retail field team and accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Office & Analytical ability skills

Educational Requirements:


  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma
