Job Brief:


The Process Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Business Process Manager by monitoring data quality, identifying issues, developing solutions to improve business processes, and training required users on IFS.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Communicates consistent processes for data entry.
  • Coordinates with IFS Support team on issues and needs.
  • Assists in troubleshooting issues in the IFS software and submits support tickets (Astra) as needed.
  • Teaches and trains technicians and ensures they stay competent and skilled for their IFS data responsibilities, within multiple platforms.
  • Provides regular updates on departmental results and identifies opportunities for process improvement.
  • Participate in trainings, webinars, and chatter groups to increase knowledge and awareness of current processes and potential issues via the IFS Community, IFS Apps Webcasts, and the IFS Customer Engagement Center.
  • Assists in identifying, creating, and documenting best processes.
  • Other duties as required.

Required Skills/Qualifications:


  • 5+ years' experience in an industrial setting.
  • Degree or postsecondary course work in Business, Management, or Office Administration preferred.
  • Formal or practical knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and/or general construction practices is considered an asset.
  • Can work both independently and part of a team including working with diverse groups of people across the company.
  • Superior computer skills in MS Office, ERP systems, and similar business process systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to establish positive, professional relationships.
  • Proactive in anticipating needs, determining, and implementing solutions, and providing results that benefit the organization.
  • Able to identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems systematically.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Able to analyze and improve business processes as needed.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrates initiative in solving problems.
  • Strong experience in data analysis, testing methods, and business process and system requirement definition.
  • Ability to guide users in establishing efficient and effective processes and understanding capabilities of the systems.
  • Ability to quickly learn new computer programs.
