    The Marketing Support Coordinator Role

    As the Marketing Support Coordinator you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to franchisees, assisting with the management of website properties and content, and working on a variety of tasks and projects that aid in achieving our various brands goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide high quality support to franchisees via email, training material, and phone calls to answer marketing related queries, and onboard new locations

    Assist with the management of our website properties, including support requests from franchisees

    Assist with content creation and management of various forms of creative, including print, graphics, video and seasonal campaigns

    Support with internal and external communication, including email and social media

    Liaise with various freelancers, partners, and agencies

    Work with brand executives, operations representatives, fellow marketing team members, and franchise owners to further develop and support our brands marketing systems

    Work within and lead a variety of projects that aid in the organization annual goals

    Perform other duties as assigned

    Skills/Requirements

    Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cross-discipline projects at the same time

    Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills - a customer service inclination

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English

    Highly curious with strong self-awareness and commitment to personal growth

    Must enjoy fast-paced, high energy, constantly growing organization

    Self-starter - once you are given a task, you take personal responsibility for its completion and success

    Ability to follow processes/systems

    Proficiency with WordPress and basic understanding of SEO

    Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing, content management, and graphic design

    Strong priority management skills

    Experience using platforms like a plus

    Education/Qualifications

    Bachelor degree in Business / Marketing

    2+ years of experience in marketing, communications and/or similar
