Renoz, an innovative and dynamic ecommerce platform, is excited to invite passionate individuals to join our team as an Interior Design Sales Consultant.

This role is integral to our expanding ecommerce platform and retail side of the business, specializing in residential plumbing and various other home goods in our kitchen and bath store.


Responsibilities:


  • Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Engage in the selection and sale of a diverse range of interior design products, guided by senior design associates.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Keep the showroom neat and wellorganized.
  • Strive to meet and surpass sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to contribute to the success of the store.
  • Continuously update your knowledge on our products and services to offer expert advice to clients.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in plumbing sales or interior design is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced setting and handle various tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
Renoz offers a competitive compensation package. This includes a base pay of $25 per hour plus commission. Our average consultant typically earns approximately $100,000 per year after commission.
