Position:
Inside Sales Assistant - Real Estate Development


Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing leads, inquiries, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
• Coordinate and support activities related to real estate development projects.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Assist in organizing and executing events or presentations to showcase our developments.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
• Handle small housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean sales centre or show home.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales administration or support is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
• Able to work weekends 1015 hours per week
• Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening events.

Compensation:
$25/hour plus sales success bonus structure
