Description
Your job will entail answering telephones, working on the computer, being the liaison between the customers and the Service Technicians and being able to problem solve.
You will also be able to follow all processes and procedures, be able to advise customers on maintenance required and be able to present associated cost to customers.

Salary:
$40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nanaimo, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
