Administrative Assistant
Overview

We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to help keep things organized and moving as we scale the company.
You will own all the little details that keep things running smoothly and work with the executive team to help execute the vision of the company.
Core Job Duties
The job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintaining and organizing filing systems, both electronic and paperbased.
- Assisting in the managing and processing of invoices, expenses, and other financial records.
- Supporting the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Assisting in the organization and coordination of events and projects.
- Providing administrative support to the executive team and other staff members as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Notion.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
