Description

CR Creative is seeking to hire a Permanent Full-time Account Manager who can offer superior customer-focused service and be a proven asset to our team while maintaining our current level of service while working in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who is extremely friendly, great with customers, with a background in sales, and has a positive attitude.

• Plan, execute, and manage client accounts and projects ensuring all deadlines are met
• Build and maintain strong and longlasting customer relationships
• Collaborate with clients to determine product or service requirements
• Develop project plans to meet client goals and objectives
• Provide regular updates, respond to client and general inquiries, answer office phone, and address client concerns in a timely manner
• Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Lead discovery meetings with prospective clients
• Prepare and present proposals and quotes to existing and prospective clients

• Previous experience in sales, marketing or customer service
• Previous experience managing social media accounts and using Facebook Business Suite is an asset
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills are an asset
• Driver's license required
