- Proven track record in the flooring industry
- Strong communicator and problem solver
- Comfortable in meeting new people and developing new relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Selling, growing and promoting the Julian Tile Brand
- Develop a strong rapport with customers
- Understand and execute sales budgets
- Follow the sale from concept to completion
- Track progress through reporting tools
- Maintain product sample displays and update product libraries
- Launch new product lines and educate the clients on all aspects of the product
- Conduct Lunch & Learn Presentations
- Able to take direction, promote and manage large projects
