NUÒ Dental is looking for a front desk administrator, with demonstrated
EXPERIENCE in scheduling, organizing and engaging with a great group of patients in our efficient and hi-tech downtown office.
The ideal Dental Receptionist for our clinic is someone with exceptional communication skills, who not only loves interacting with patients but also being their first point of contact and making a great first impression.
Main Responsibilities
- Reception of patients
- Scheduling of treatments
- Planning clinical activities for the dentist and hygienists
- Explanation of conditions and treatments
- Evaluation of insurance benefits for patients
- Financial agreements and collections
- Recall and follow up of procedures
- Promotion of health and aesthetic dentistry
Requirements:
- Exceptional personal skills to interact with patients and coworkers.
- Group work oriented with a good sense of shared responsibilities.
- Computer skills.
- Solid communication skills. Bilingual English
- French. Spanish is a plus.

Salary:
Starting at $25/hour for approximately 37 hours per week. Bi-weekly hourly pay.
